SHIPPING: With any order from Fast Incense, you can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely. As part of our commitment to you, we want to ensure that you receive your items as fast as possible. You can also always reach out to us to check the status of your order.

Currently, we only accept payment via COD. This form of payment is secure and more convenient for our customers.

With COD or Collect on Delivery, your order ships via UPS. The driver will bring the package to your door, and you will then hand the driver your money order. The money order with the correct amount should be made payable to “FI Wholesale.” Your driver will then hand you the package to complete your order. 

Please note that you must be home to provide payment to the UPS driver and accept your package. 

PROCESSING TIME: When you place your order by 2 pm Central Mon-Fri, we can usually ship your order out the same day or next business day. Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped, or you can log into your account for the tracking number.
