What is a COD?

COD, or Collect on Delivery, is where payment in the form of a money order is collected upon delivery by UPS rather than paid in advance. You should receive a tracking number prior to delivery to ensure that you’re available to accept your package in person.

For your convenience, your UPS driver will collect the money order when your package is delivered. Please note that the driver cannot accept cash. Once you hand the driver your money order, the driver will hand you the package, completing your order.

COD money orders should be made payable to “FI Wholesale.”

The COD fee is $20. There’s free shipping on orders more than $200.

All COD orders under $125 are shipped 2nd Day Air. All COD orders over $125 are shipped Next Day Air.

Additionally, you’ll have the option to have your package shipped and held at your local UPS center. With this option, you can pay with a money order at the store and pick it up anytime. 

Why haven’t I received my order email?

If you haven’t received an email confirming your order, you should check your spam folder. Sometimes, emails go to your spam/junk folder. To prevent this from happening in the future, add Fast Incense to your list of trusted contacts.

Are you able to send me free samples?

We do not send free samples; you would need to place an online order.
