SHIPPING: You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Most products are shipped USPS - flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 (includes delivery confirmation) or Fedex.
Delivery takes anywhere from 1-5 working days for Priority Mail OR 1-2 working days with USPS Expedited / Fedex Overnight (if you have a preference, please indicate on order).
*If you order on Friday Fedex Overnight / USPS Express it is NOT Saturdays delivery! Expect delivery on Monday
Processing Time is not included.
Processing Time: When you place your order by 2 PM Central Mon-Fri, we can usually get your order out the same day or next business day.
*We can email the USPS delivery confirmation number when your order ships. The shipper name on the package will be "Shipping Dept".
*please note you may receive your delivery confirmation number via email from USPS, this does not mean that your order shipped after working hours, simply means that your order was assigned a delivery confirmation #...please track that number the next business day for updates.
SHIPPING OPTIONS: You have the option to buy insurance and/or signature on your order. If your order for some reason is not delivered when the delivery confirmation states delivered, damaged or is lost by USPS, we will gladly open a case # with USPS on your behalf. If the driver confirms delivering the package or USPS lost/damaged the package; we will not be held responsible if you did not buy insurance. Note: using delivery confirmation means that the item was delivered to your residence, left on a doorstep, or placed in your mailbox. It doesn't necessarily mean that the person the package was intended for received the package. The only way to make sure that the intended recipient received the package is to require a signature and/or insurance. When USPS Free Shipping if offered on the site, insurance is not included.
We want your order to arrive as soon as possible at a reasonable cost. Most post offices do not scan delivery confirmation numbers during transit. The first meaningful scan is when the carrier delivers it to your mailbox. That's why they call it "delivery confirmation" rather than "tracking". The post office is working on transit scans, but it will be quite some time until they're done on every package.
We are fast and reliable!
